A few years ago I read a book on design and mathematics. It was interesting and re-introduced me to the concept of fractals. Fractal Forge is completely addictive. It is a small program that explores the Mandelbrot set. It generates some incredible views of this odd mathematical beast. Eye candy!
There are some fractal music generators floating around. As soon as I update my bookmark list I'll post some. Fractal music is fun but generally it is not terribly interesting.
I want to try a fractal lace design sometime. I'm thinking it would have to be a triangle or circular shawl. I hope it will work.
